Google Analytics cookies — _ga and _ga_* cookies help us understand site traffic. These expire after 2 years and 24 hours, respectively.

Teixeira Timepieces operates an SMS notification program for customers and subscribers who explicitly opt in. This section describes how that program works.
How we collect consent: We collect SMS consent through a dedicated opt-in form at teixeira-timepieces.com/subscribe.html. The form includes a checkbox that is unchecked by default. By checking the box and submitting the form, you are providing express written consent to receive SMS messages from us. We record the date and time of your consent.
What types of messages we send: Our SMS program sends the following types of messages:
• New inventory arrival alerts for watches matching your interests
• Order and shipping status updates
• Responses to your direct inquiries via text
• Appointment confirmations and reminders (where applicable)
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and new inventory. Typically 2–4 messages per month. We will never send unsolicited bulk promotional messages.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
How to opt out: You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. You may also contact us directly to request removal.

Your phone number: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to deliver messages within this program. It is shared with Twilio Inc. only as a technical processor to deliver messages on our behalf. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.
Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers. Carrier support may vary.
If you subscribe to our newsletter or watch alerts, every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to be removed immediately. You can also email us directly to request removal.
We retain your contact information for as long as it's needed to maintain our business relationship with you or fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If you request deletion, we will remove your information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted by Google.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Access to customer data is limited to authorized personnel only.
